After successful cookout weekends in Amaia Steps Sucat and Amaia Steps Bicutan, BAGA Manila and Amaia Land now bring weekends filled with happy vibes, bright lights, good music and sumptuous food to its mid-rise residential development in Pasig.
Sustaining its long-standing vision to provide a convenient, fun, and relaxed lifestyle to Filipino families, Amaia Land extended its partnership with BAGA Manila, which now serves food and beverages that Filipinos love at the activity grounds of Amaia Steps Pasig on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The open-for-all weekend activity started last October 15, 2016 and will continue until the end of December so that more homeowners, potential buyers, and shoppers in the area can enjoy its merchandise.
BAGA Manila, a popular association of food stall vendors, offers delectable barbecues, grilled specialties, and quality regional dishes and delicacies at gastronomic events in Metro Manila. With its tie-up with Amaia Land, it hopes to foster goodwill and camaraderie among Amaia Steps Pasig’s new residents—and allow locals from nearby communities to have a taste of the Amaia lifestyle.
Amaia Steps Pasig being located at Eusebio Avenue, Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City, guests of the weekend cookout are usually residents of the city, and people from nearby schools and establishments. While there, they are invited to check out the amenities of the modern mid-rise residential project. Currently, two buildings are open, Aria and Esperanza offering 424 spacious units.
Prospective buyers can choose from Studio, De Luxe and Premier Units. All rooms are telephone- and cable-ready, with vinyl tiles and painted concrete walls, complete toilet and bath fixtures, a sprinkler system, and a provision for washer/dryer.
To date, Amaia Land has successfully turned over 74 units where some families have already moved in.
There are units that can be immediately occupied still being offered.
Future residents of Amaia Steps Pasig will appreciate its proximity to transport hubs—jeepneys, shuttle services and ferries—and to commercial establishments such as Tiendesitas and Robinsons Galleria.
The development is just a few minutes’ drive to the Ortigas central business district and C5 Road, as well.
Prospective homeowners can likewise look forward to chilling at the lobby, swimming in the pool, or taking a stroll in the courtyard garden. They can also enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse, relax at the salon, or browse around the shops at The Stores, the property’s retail area. Amaia Steps Pasig also features a deli, a children’s play area, and a jogging path.
